That's cool that you like Social D and all. They are one of the better bands of the day, but you still can't compare them to the Beatles and such. Their first album was probably the best OC punk album i've heard. White Light was their most rocking album by far and one of the best rock albums during the 90's. My favorite personally is Somewhere Between Heaven&Hell, the guitars sound great on that album, the songs aren't your typical Social D but they still have a ballsy attitude to them. As far as self titled is concerned, if someone handed it to me i'd light it on fire, take the hot plastic and throw it back in the guys face, really just a piece of shit album.

I don't think anyone is comparing Social D to the Beatles. Social D are sort of a genre unto themselves, and not alot of bands past or present can say that.

Hey, thanks a lot guys for your comments!!
I appreciate you guys for understanding my point of view and such!!
Hopefully, sooner or later I get to meet the band backstage!!
I would fight a bear and lose both of my middle fingers to meet them!!

God, that story sounds all to familiar. Since 1990 SD and MN changed every aspect of me. To this day I am who I am because of them...it all started from a little video called Ball and Chain....like stated before, rock on but dont go to his house and stalk him.......

I feel the same. You put your feelings into words well. I have to say I think the most haunting thing you said about Social D was
"I have never gotten tired of listening to your music..." I can't telly ou how many times I have said this to myself as well. By the way what is Rockline??? Sorry had to ask.

If its the same Rockline I'm thinking, its a nationally syndicated radio show where they have a band come on and interview and play their shit for an hour or 2. Sometimes they even have a live session. Didn't know they ever were on Rockline myself, gunna have to go look that shit up and hope for an archive somewhere.
Edit: BTW, very well put man. A very familair sounding story. I only saw 'em in concert twice myself. Once at Warped Tour (did them NO fucking justice at all) and once at Clutch Cargos in Pontiac, MI on their midwest tour a couple years ago...THAT was a fuckin' show bro. Best show I have EVER been to, although they are also my favorite band by far so I suppose that makes me a bit partial.

somtimes the fan stuff gets lost in the moutian of work stuff on our site. I mainly use it to log the engine doc #'s ,track part and t shirt sales. when fan mail comes in I foward it through the band site or just print it out and leave it on the desk.lately mike's only been at the shop once a week because of all work finishing up the album
but he's always more than happy to say Hi and sign stuff when he's there.there's plans right now to take the shop to the next level and go full retail, But that takes money like you wouldn't belive.

Donny,
Is there any actual engine and bike specs themselves you can share?
